This double-bed-sized blanket was made in two pieces. I kept track of the width of each stripe by marking each color change on a length of adding machine tape, then weaving the second piece to match it. There are about three different makes of yarn in the warp,
though all are cotton blends. It is much easier to keep all the tensions
right if you use all the same type of yarn or scatter the different types
evenly throughout the warp.|
